Select the products you like from our extensive catalogue and choose their style and colour. Select the quantity on the product page, and once you have added them to your basket, click on “Place order”. The first time you buy goods from us, you’ll be asked to simply fill in your details for invoicing and delivery; these are memorised and used for subsequent purchases. Finally, you’ll come to the payment process, and when this is completed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. If you have a coupon/voucher/discount code, you can use it in the final stage just before making payment.
You need to individually select the product in each colour or design you want, choose the quantity on the product page and click “Add to basket”. Do the same for each colour and style you want.
For special offers in particular, but also in general, it’s important to be aware that the items you have added to your basket are not automatically reserved. You need to complete the checkout process quickly, otherwise the item may be sold out before you complete your transaction.
You can keep an eye on everything by going to the “Account” area. You’ll see a list of all your orders and the progress of each one. We’ll keep you informed with updates to your order status by email.
